Changzhou Ruiyuan Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in manufacturing cold drawing seamless steel tube. Our company is located at the industrial park in Zouqu Town, western suburb of Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, China. It is near the 312 national highway, and it is only 1kilometer away from well-known Light City in China. Furthermore, it is about 8 kilometers away from Changzhou airport, Shanghai-Nanjing railway and Shanghai-Nanjing highway access. It has good geographical position and convenient transportation.
Our company was founded in November, 2006, and started the trial production in June 2007. There are about 300 employees here, including over 35 engineers. The company occupies an area of 50,000 square meters, including the workshop building area of 28,000 square meters. The total investment for this project is more than RMB80,000,000. The size range of seamless steel tube is from O.D. from 8mm to114mm，W.T. from 1 to 12mm;Products produced by high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel structure such as 10, 20, 35, 45,15CrMo, 20CrMoG, 12Cr1MoG etc. All the products are produced according to the National Standard and customers’ requirements. The current annual capability of our company is 100,000 tons. Our products are widely used in machinery, petrochemicals, boiler pressure vessel, auto and motorcycle manufacture industry.
Our company possesses advanced equipments. There are φ50mm and φ60mm enhanced hot rolling perforation machines, 100~1000KN cold-drawn machines. 36m continuous both normalizing and annealing furnace, φ8~114mm straighteners and all the other accessorial equipments.
Our company has advanced producing arts, full set of inspection equipments and strict quality contral system. The main inspection equipments are eddy current detector , ultrasonic detector , 600KN mechanics test machine, impact test machine, direct-reading spectrometer and a full set of accessorial equipment.
Our company has strict quality management, it established, carried out and maintained the quality management system according to the international standard of ISO9001-2000, and it passed the ISO9001-2000 in October in 2007. And we got the license for the manufacture of special equipment(Pressure Pipeline Part) from the government On January,2008. Our products quality is in the leading level in this field and gain good reputation in the market.
